Beautification Facade program sponsored by ARPA State

SBCDC provided Façade improvements to 25 residing homeowners and is preparing to provide improvements to another 25 homes. For more information, sign up here.

Sankofa Place

In collaboration with Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County, Southbridge CDC is bringing Sankofa Place to Southbridge. The new housing construction will be located at B Street and New Castle Avenue. Sankofa Place will consist of: 5 3-4 bedroom townhouses with 1-1.5 bathrooms
